What the file holds
Your patient file stores visits, vaccines, notes the clinicians sign, and billing history for that pet. It is clinic records, not a public profile.
Patient ID
Each patient receives a unique ID in the form NP followed by digits. It is issued once and never reused. Booking references you see after an online request are temporary and are not the patient ID.
Privacy
We share clinical detail with the people listed as owners or authorised contacts. Ask the desk if you need a printed summary for another clinic.

Can I see my file online?
Owner portal access is not part of this release. Request copies at the desk.
What if we move cities?
We can prepare a transfer summary for your new clinic when you ask.
