Before your visit
What to bring
- Your pet on a lead or in a secure carrier
- Any medicines your pet takes, in the original packaging
- Prior reports or vaccine cards if you have them
- A short note of questions you want to ask
Arrival
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can check you in without rushing. If you are running late, call the desk so we can hold or reschedule the slot.
If it feels urgent
Questions
Can someone else bring my pet?
Yes. Share the booking reference and any medicines with the person who comes. We may still need to reach you by phone for consent decisions.
Do I need prior records?
Helpful, not mandatory. Bring what you have; we can start a file from today's visit.
