Lakshmi Animal Care Clinic operates one clinic in Coimbatore. This page explains how we handle personal data for owners and patients.

• Owner name, phone, and email when you book, message us, or create a patient file
• Pet details needed for care, including species, history, and visit notes written by clinicians
• Booking references and visit times
• Contact-form messages you send from the Visit page

We collect the minimum needed to provide veterinary care, confirm bookings, contact you about your pet, and meet legal record-keeping duties.

We aim to keep analytics cookieless. If that stays true, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If cookied analytics is ever enabled, this page will say so before it goes live.

• Clinical records: life of the animal plus seven years, then reviewed
• Booking data for non-registered enquiries: purged after 24 months
• Contact-form messages: purged after 12 months

You may ask for a copy of your file, ask us to correct details, or request erasure where the law allows. Clinical retention duties may mean we keep a clinical minimum and erase the rest. Ask the desk or email the clinic address shown on Visit.

If the public assistant is enabled later, it answers from published clinic content and live hours or prices. Transcripts are retained only as described in our ops policy, with obvious contact details handled carefully.
