Online booking requests a planned visit. The desk may call to confirm. Provisional booking references are not patient IDs.

Fees are payable at the desk. This site does not collect online card checkout in the current release.

You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the appointment. After that window, the desk may ask for a partial fee because the slot could have gone to another animal.

Website guides and the assistant, if enabled, are general owner information from published clinic content. They are not a diagnosis or a prescription.
